Wow, what a great experience! I found this business by accident looking for propane filling stations after the hurricane. When you walk in the shop is super clean and fully stocked with all the goodies. It took me forever to find a 500I. They had 3 on the shelve. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable! I loved the customer service, super prompt and professional! Amanda , Kevin and Boyce are definitely the A Team! Excellent Business and staff, I would encourage everyone to go there, they even have rental equipment.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great selection in store and reasonably priced. Needed a blade replaced and sharpened. With 15 mins of arriving, I had a freshly sharpened blade, reattached to my Honda mower, and was given help loading it into the car. A+ experience all around!

So far so good. Had to order some Honda parts. Should be there Thursday or Friday. The help did a great job assisting me. Showroom floor had plenty of mowers, trimmers, blowers and chainsaws.
Mostly Stihl and Husqvarna products. Will definitely return.

Drove from Greenville and I purchased a new Walker (my favorite for the way it cuts) last year based on the reviews. These folks take a genuine interest in their customers needs and offer help any way they can. I had a repair to be done and it′s nice to leave your expensive mower with a group that you trust to do the right thing at the right price. Thanks Steve!

Knowledgeable, and decent to do business with, they seem to have all the stihl, and Husqvarna goodies that are out there. Large selection. I′ve only purchased parts. Prices are comparable to the Large stores, but the customer assistance and knowledge of the products is top knotch.

They are 30 minutes from me, but well worth the drive!

I ordered a muffler and gasket and asked a few questions and they were more than happy to assist me.

Needed parts for my Husqvarna lawnmower and with a picture of the machine they were able to fill my order. New spark plugs air filter and blade. Prices are good and service was as very good as well.

My husband ordered a starter for our zero turn mower an it came in pretty fast .

Bought an ExMark mower from them! Great staff to deal with and had it ready to go upon my arrival.

So, I am a landscaper by trade, and have been using this location exclusively for the last 5 years. Everyone in there has a wealth of knowledge, and take the time to remember their customers. Everytime I go there the place has several customers, yet the service is expeditious. Repairs are completed in an accurate and timely fashion. I′d recommend Boiling Springs for all your landscaping equipment.

Ordered what I needed and friendly associates waited on me. Received the parts within three days. Will go here again.

This place is great. It took a couple months to get my repairs done but, they told me from the beginning so, I was okay with that. Price for repairs were reasonable. They do pick up and deliveries. Wonderful place to do business. They were good to me

They are nice, and if you buy parts they are eager to help but they are about 6 weeks behind if you take anything to be repaired.

Great place, great staff. They are incredibly helpful and anytime I need something for my lawn tractor this is my #1 go-to place.

I′ve bought several items from they there very helpful good people.

I took my mower to them for a good cleaning and they got right on it and it needed a few repairs too. Didn′t take long and I was back to cutting the yard. Ran soooo much better than it did. Be sure to let them clean it up for the winter before you pack it up! GREAT JOB! Thank you so much!

Went in asked about a pressure washer/motor key. A guy asked what size key. Wasn′t sure, looked it up, brought it for a one dollar. Went home. Fixed my pressure washer. Cleaned a few things. Thanks guys.

Knowledgeable and long time reliable service. Sometimes a bit of a wait, depending on what equipment you have that needs working on. But that is consumers choice, not their fault. They service anything small engine, but their specialty is what they sell. And they have some GOOOD TOYS to work with....🙄

The ARE ope on Saturdays and everyone I have dealt with there are very helpful. My husband and I have used them for years. After he past away, they have been more than willing to help. I will continue to be a loyal customer. They seem surprised at the knowledge I have of all my equipment and do not treat me any different than a man who know his stuff.

Everyone in the store has always been helpful and friendly. If one of the staff is standing around doing nothing, they will attempt to assist customers with possible answers.

I originally done this post back in 2014 and wanted to update the post. Frank and his team still to this day are a full service for my business. I still buy almost everything from him and all my equipment serviced by them. Super great people
